Terms of Use
Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms apply when you use the Eagle Lift app and this website. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who we are Eagle Lift is made by Daniel Charles Patt, an individual. You can reach us at EagleLiftApp@gmail.com.
2. Apple's terms also apply You get Eagle Lift from Apple's App Store, so Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies as well. If these terms and Apple's disagree, Apple's terms win for anything about the licence to use the app. Apple is not responsible for the app or for support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
3. Training is at your own risk Eagle Lift is a training tool. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat anything. Weight and rep suggestions come from rules and from what you enter; they can be wrong for you. Warm up, use good form and safe equipment, use a spotter where it makes sense, and stop if something hurts. Talk to a doctor before you start training if you have a health condition, an injury, or are pregnant. You decide what you lift.
4. Free use, the trial and Pro Logging is free. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time purchase (Lifetime); prices are shown in the app before you buy. The yearly plan starts with 14 days free and the monthly plan with 7 days free. One free trial per Apple Account. If you've had a Pro trial before, the plan starts without one. The free trial is Apple's: your Apple Account is charged when it ends unless you cancel in Settings at least 24 hours before. For purchases made on our website, prices are shown in its checkout. One Pro per account: Pro from the App Store or from our website works in the app and on the web once you sign in to the same Eagle Lift account. On our website the yearly and monthly subscriptions start with the same free trial; Paddle charges the card when it ends unless you cancel before. One free trial per person across the app and the website.
5. Subscriptions Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in the Settings app under your Apple Account, Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules. That is for purchases in the iPhone app. For purchases made on our website, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) sells Pro as the reseller and merchant of record, under its own buyer terms: Paddle takes the payment, adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, and renews a subscription at the same price and period until you cancel. Such a subscription can be cancelled at any time with Manage subscription on the web app's Pro page; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Paddle handles refunds for website purchases under its buyer terms; buyers in the EU and the UK can ask for one within 14 days of buying, as the law there gives them.
6. When Pro ends You keep using the free version. Nothing you logged is ever deleted: your log and calendar stay whole, free shows the last 6 months of charts and records (Pro shows them all again), and 5 saved workouts and program days of your choice stay active while the rest are greyed out until Pro is back. The free limits may change; if they become stricter, we will say so in the app first, and an account keeps the free limits that applied when it was made.
7. Your data Your workouts belong to you. How we handle data is in the privacy policy. You can export your workouts and delete your data in the app at any time.
8. Accounts and friends An account is optional. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13, or the higher age your country sets for online services. Pick a display name that is not abusive, hateful or someone else's name; we may refuse or change a name that is, and may remove someone who harasses others. Other people can see your display name and the best results you choose to share (see the privacy policy).
9. Ending your use You can stop using Eagle Lift or delete your account (Settings, Account, Delete account) at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other people or abuses the service, and we will say why where we can. If a part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.
10. Fair use Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse the app, and do not use it to break the law. The app, its exercise library, text, pictures and 3D movement demos belong to us or our licensors.
11. Changes and availability We improve the app over time and may add, change or remove features. We try to keep it working, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
12. Liability As far as the law allows, the app is provided "as is", and we are not liable for injuries, lost data or other loss from using it, except where the law does not allow this to be limited (for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence). Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
13. Changes to these terms If we change these terms, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
14. Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA. Disputes go to the courts of Alabama, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your own courts.
